Wayne called me within 15 minutes of my HomeAdvisor online service request (around 5:30pm). He came and fixed my Whirlpool RO system the same night. Love the promptness, service and above all his total cost (half of what I had expected). Now he is in my contacts for any plumbing issue in my house.

Wayne did a great job replacing the Resin in my 12 year old water softener. I had waited to long to get my resin replaced and it took extra time to get all the old resin out of the tank. He got it all done at the price he quoted me.

Wayne did a good job explaining all the options and different types of water softeners out there. Answered all questions and was very knowledgeable.

Wayne responded very quickly and adjusted his busy schedule to work me in. We had a water filtration unit installed 3 years ago that needed to be replaced and upgraded. I explained the situation to Wayne over the phone, describing the old model and new model. Based upon my description, Wayne provided a ballpark quote and stayed within the quote throughout the job. The replacement was not as easy as I described and it took Wayne longer than he estimated, but he stayed true to his quote despite the extra time he had to put in. He was extremely professional throughout the job, and very nice and respectful to my wife who was home when he performed the service as I was at work. He not only installed the new filters properly, but adjusted all of the plumbing work and hanging bracket as well to accommodate the larger and longer life filter I had purchased as a replacement ahead of time. His quote was very reasonable, he worked longer than anticipated with no additional cost to me, and was extremely professional throughout the process from initial contact through completion. I highly recommend Wayne for your plumbing needs. Great job and great price.

Wayne was great throughout the whole process!!! We woke up with no water and I went on home advisor having no idea whom to turn to. Finding a water softner repair company was very hard until I went on home advisor and send my request. Wayne called me with in 5 minutes and we were on our way to a great start! He talked with us regarding whats wrong, what he was going to do and how fast he can do it. With in 2-3 hours our water was on!!! Thank you for saving my saturday off!!!
