It was both educational and thorough. I appreciate the professional approach and received an extensive, detailed report. This included many photographs and cursor arrows pointing to specifics. There was also a helpful concise list of areas to be addressed.

I had an extremely good experience with Pride Home Inspections following the move-out of my tenants in our Seattle apartment condo. Joseph, who's the principal, responded promptly to my request, and performed the inspection just two days later. He did an extremely thorough job over around 3 hours or so and provided me a detailed 25-page report around 3 hours later. He categorized each item as acceptable, repair/replace, safety issue, monitor and not accessible. Subsequently, Joseph called me on my phone and went over the items that needed fixing, including whether they counted as wear & tear or were caused by our former tenants. He also gave me a ballpark price on what they would cost to fix. Based on my direct experience, Joseph went well beyond expectations, and I strongly recommend Pride Home Inspections.
