This year was highlighted by a visiting cat pooping inappropriately in my house ~ thank you for treating our carpets for that. Also, this year, Sean cleaned our "Oh, please don't bother" contractor's carpet that has been grey for most of the last 19 years ... it's white! 2020 Update ~ Our carpet is so fluffy! Thank you, as always! 2021 Update ~ Thank you Daniel! Sorry that you're allergic to my cats (who were at least away while you were here, but ... err ... they live here). Kinda bummed about not being able to do the vertical dryer vent on the roof anymore, but we'll give the new folks a try with the crazy unique vertical dryer vent with the squished green end cap that gets plugged up 2024 Update ~ Thank you for another great experience, Joscelin! Thank you especially for dealing with our stupid vertical dryer vent with TWO 90-degree turns, because ... what builder though that was a good idea.

We are so pleased with the carpet repair word done by Wes from Premier Carpet Cleaning. Background: about 4 years ago we had new carpeting installed. During the install, they mentioned the type of carpet we purchased was pretty stretchy and that it might move... sure enough, within 6 months we were seeing bubbles and bunching in sections of the rooms. Fast forward to now: we called Premier Carpet Cleaning to repair the carpet and stretch it back to how it should be. Our technician expert was Wes and he was amazing! Highly professional and extremely courteous, Wes arrived early (pre-coordinating that the earlier time worked within our schedules), assessed the areas in need of repair and gave us an estimate and thorough explanation of the process involved. We were expecting to break the work out into stages to give us the flexibility of moving furniture around and so Wes broke each area out into separate estimations and made suggestions on how to most efficiently complete the work. We were impressed--not only with the work completed but also with Wes's professionalism. Highly, highly recommend!

My carpet was in really bad shape. I wasn't expecting much improvement. But to my amazement the carpet came out very well. It looks great. Thank you Premier and Adam
