Just a good business all around. The owner runs this place in person and does quality work. He understands customer service and was respectful of my home. He guaranteed his work, and even though I didn't have to take him up on that, I am confident he would follow through.

Robert responded to my request to take up the job which I gave it earlier to a carpet cleaner, who wants my money rather professional job done. I have to send the first guy paying money with out any work done. Rob agreed to come and take up that left job on Friday late in the evening. He quoted reasonable price. He was courteous and readily helpful. He is willing to go an extra mile to work on few carpet stains from the designer rug on to carpet. I am very much pleased with his work ethics and professionalism. I have kept his number and will call him every year. I will recommend him happily to any one. Thank you Robert.

Robert did a fantastic job on my carpets. I've got a diabetic dog who's vomited a lot and he managed to get almost all of the stains taken care of. I choose the "value package" and thought I had cleared most of the space for him. Well, he wasn't satisfied and moved even furniture more so he could do an even better job. Love it!

He was fast and efficent. One pet stain by the kitchen did reappear after the carpet dried but I knew it might be possible. He went over it and over it again before he left and we both thought it was gone for good. He was willing to come out and do it again. I didn't think that was neccesary for him to come back out for a spot only as big as a large index card. I went over the spot with a sponge and it came right up. I think it just needed the cleaning solution to set longer. My carpet looks wonderful and that says a lot since I own two extra lagre breed dogs - Matiffs. Thanks Premier.

Robert responded very quickly, was friendly and professional. Unfortunately for us, he was not able to remove some stains from the carpet. Would readily recommend for general cleaning, probably not for stain removal.

Incredible service-arrived early, worked efficiently, and my carpet is cleaner than it's ever been with ANY other service. Robert really knows his business- I learned a lot. My highest rating- a great experience in every way.
