We had the carpet cleaned as we moved out of the rental property. We have four dogs and wanted to make sure any accidents that we missed, were cleaned up. Tevin was the technician. He was professional, friendly, courteous and very thorough. Due to a cancellation, Tevin was able to move my appointment up. He had me show him the area to be clean. Tevin covered the floors that the hoses were not be cleaned to keep them clean as he went in and out. I would highly recommend Premier Carpet Cleaning to those looking to have carpets cleaned. The cost was reasonable.

Fast response when I requested price quotes for cleaning my basement/stairs carpet. I also had some water stains that I wasn’t sure would come out. The crew called before arriving and was here at the scheduled time. They cleaned the carpet and removed all the stains in an hour and took me on a final walk through. I plan on using Premier again.
