Great job! Carpets look new again. Fresh scent without an overpowering smell. On time and very respectful of the wood flooring and doors while cleaning the carpets. Will use and highly recommend again.

As always, thank you to Sean (and Casey) for yet another year of stupendous service! This year was highlighted by a visiting cat pooping inappropriately in my house ~ thank you for treating our carpets for that. Also, this year, Sean cleaned our "Oh, please don't bother" contractor's carpet that has been grey for most of the last 19 years ... it's white!

Communication was excellent. Scheduled the service on a home we just purchased, and as we were currently living multiple states away, Premier kept us updated and informed during the entire process. I've never had a company give such excellent customer service. There were a couple of stains that didn't come out, but as I didn't even see the stains when we toured the home when we were house hunting, it could have been a stain that no amount of treatments or work would have removed it. Would definitely use them again!!!

Carpet and stairs were extremely soiled and dirty; looked much better than expected when finished. Entire cleaning and service was exactly as promised; very good value for price. Would recommend and hire again.
