He was on time, courteious, reviewed the area with me prior to cleaning, looking for any 'abnormal' stains, etc. He was quick, but did a super job. With a 2 year old our carpet had seen better days, but now, it looks almost new!

Mr. Yokel was very professional, fast and extremely hard working. He offered great confersation and information to help me maintain my carpet's appearance. He was a little pricey, but if I wasn't affected by the recession, his price may not have even have been a factor. I will definitely consider using Premier Services again in the future.

I had a few spots that didn't come clean with the initial cleaning. Robert came back out the next day and did a different treatment on those spots - looks great.

Overall, Premier offered fast, friendly service. I was a little disappointed that he wasn't able to get a few stains out of the carpet, and when I asked for any suggestions on what else to try, he couldn't suggest anything.

It was great i got in with in a week of calling and the carpets look great did more areas then i excepted to do, but couldn't beat the price. I got my hall and stairs done for free awsome!!! And above all my one bedroom doesn't smell like dogs peed in it, with the deep lifting treatment they did, so I would for sure recommend them to any one and I'm the type that likes to try a new service person everytime just to find the right one. This one I am sticking with. So just a thank you to Robert and great job, will call you in the future for any more of my carpet cleaning needs.
