"I worked with Archer to design and build a steel frame, 20' x 20' composite deck off the back of my newly built home. He was honest and answered all my questions promptly during the build process. He moved 2 sprinkler heads/lines before construction of the deck began to ensure they were out of the way and would not be damaged. When I had questions concerning the build and was worried about certain parts of the build, he let me know what was standard (and the way they were working the project) and still gave me the option to make the change that I was concerned with. I appreciate his honesty during the process and guiding me through the process of having the deck built. Even with winter weather delays, the deck was finished in under a month! "Trevor did an excellent job cleaning our deck/patio areas (500SF of stamped concrete, 400 SF of Eon composite decking). Decking: 20 yrs old. Stamped concrete: 30 yrs old. He power washed the surfaces with a 2700 PSI power washer. Pwr washing removed the loose sealer, dirt, dust etc. He applied terracotta red & brown Quikcrete color product (Home Depot or Amazon). He also applied the brown Quikcrete product to highlight the grout lines which gives the appearance of flagstone. He followed with 2 coats of Behr sealer & applied 303 Aerospace Protectant (Amazon) to the Eon deck. The 303 Product really brings the “oak color” & wood grain. Trevor also re-stained the Hot tub wood, wood bench, & vertical surfaces (posts, paneling etc). See the enclosed pics for details. Pay close attention to the Co Spgs weather. Sealers can take a few hrs to dry."
