One day I went upstairs and Sat on my son s bed and saw a bug... when my wife went upstairs to see what kind of bug (she hates bugs!) she screamed that they were bedbugs. My son had no idea that he had an infestation on his bed and in our new house. My wife was highly upset. We called terminex and they quoted us with around $1500 and said it would take a few days to get an appointment. I called Rich and he came within the hour. He completely sprayed the entire upstairs and my son s bed and educated us about what to do. He also sprayed all the couches, beds and around walls. He did this for $550 and then came back to spray my son s room and upstairs for only $250. When we told him we saw a little bedbug in our living room and on a trap in our room he came back and sprayed the entire house FREE OF CHARGE! I was blown away by how adorable and helpful he was. We will continue to trust our home against any pest with Rich!
