Rich arrived within hours after we first hired him to exterminate hundreds of yellow jackets which had nested in our electrical wiring. He then returned days later for a second treatment (for no additional charge) when some especially resilient yellow jackets found a new entry point into their nest. Now the pests are history. Rich even remained in contact during the interim, checking on the status of the infestation. Highly recommended.

The bees are GONE! (We suddenly had a yellow jacket invasion in our bedroom.) Richie responded immediately. He was polite, professional, friendly, and even returned to our home (without charging additional) when the elusive wasps seemed to find an alternative path into our bedroom. But they're gone now. Not a single yellow jacket. Completely gone. I highly recommend him.
