I had a hornets nest that needed to be removed. Richy (owner) responded within minutes of posting the request for service. He let me know exactly when he would be at my home. The hornets' nest was completely removed within minutes of his arrival. He is professional (and friendly). I will definitely use his company again (if needed) and highly recommend him to others in need of exterminating services. Five + stars!

I dealt directly with Rich. He explained everything he was going to do. I was very impressed with his professionalism; I was told that he would be here between 10 & 11 a.m., at 10:10 a.m. he called to let me know he would be here in 40 minutes and that's exactly when he showed up. Most contractors just keep you waiting.
