Great customer service. Urgent bee nest removal done in the same day I called, unlike many other externinators who wouldn t/couldn t squeeze me in. Richie did the job as discussed completely to my satisfaction and followed up the next day to make sure everything was good. Great price for same day service. I will definitely use Precision Exterminating again if I have another problem.

On a night I was having a family BBQ I noticed a large hornet nest right by the entrance to my backyard. I called Richy from Precision and he got to my house within an hour, took care of the nest quickly and completely and most importantly saved my family gathering. Thanks Richy

Rick showed up on time, was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything as he was throughout the house taking care of our ant problem. I was very concerned about my dogs licking or ingesting his chemicals. Not only he assured me it was safe, but made sure everything was pushed deep into the cavity where he was applying. Very nice guy, would hire again.
