Rich was fantastic. He came to my in-laws home to remove a large hornet's nest on a rainy Sunday and was successful. He made it look so easy and his service was really appreciated given some unusual circumstances. We were so grateful for his timely help in this matter. I called this company due to a mice problem. Richard came to the house and immediately knew where the mice were coming from. He was very detailed oriented. Very thorough. He was very professional and informative, even gave me tips on how to avoid this problem in the future. He did a follow up visit and we had positive results because the problem was resolved. He cleaned up after himself and was very carful in taking into account my dogs. Very diligent. Would definitely use him again!

Rich was finishing up a job in the area. He called me immediately after I posted my request and asked me additional questions about the matter. He showed up at my home within in 20 minutes of me posting my request. He spent time examining the home and the grounds and treated immediately for a reasonable price. He was thorough and answered all my questions and will be following up on the treatment in a few days. I would definitely call Rich again.

Rich is great! Very responsive, thorough, friendly and most of all, really knows how to get the job done. We had several bad experiences prior to finding Precision and we questioned whether or not there were any honest, reliable real deal exterminators. Rich doesn t push for payment up front. He doesn t try to sucker you into a unneeded service contract. We are so thrilled that we found him and I feel confident recommending him as a 5 ⭐️ Service provider.
