Cameron was very personable and explained all of my options to me thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I knew how to take care of the garage door opener from here on out so that I don't have the same kind of issue in the future. The garage door opens like it's brand new and has never been so quiet!

The young man was very helpful in letting me to confirm that there was nothing wrong with the motor or mechanical garage door, but rather the sensor needed to be recalibrated, which he said he could do for an additional charge or he could give me a good resource i.e. the instruction manual readily available online, which I opted for and recalibrated my self (thanks also to a good youtube video) and in $50 my issue was resolved. He was also helpful to let me know the cost of new motors in case the one I have breaks down. I'm sure they will be the first ones I call if/when that occurs.

My Service Tech was on time and very professional. He submitted a quote and for the repair I needed was the best price. An earlier company quoted that the job required 2.5 hours and Precision quoted 30 minutes and could do the job right now. Other company couldnâ t schedule until a later date. I accepted the quote from Precision and the work was done to my satisfaction. When I need any garage work in the future Precision is my go to company.
