The reason for the low customer service rating was due to having an 8 A.M. apt, and the tech did not show up until almost 10 A.M. I received a call at just before 8 A.M telling me that they had my parts and were about an hour out. I consider my time as valuable as I'm sure they consider theirs. The work they performed was good though.

Just for further explanation, appointments are set in two hour time frames, in this particular case your garage door required a special ordered part in which we were waiting on arrival from our manufacturer. Once your part arrived at our location we immediately headed your way to install. We absolutely apologize for the delay.

It took technician almost six hours to install and then it wasn't don right. Someone had to come out the next day to fix the problem.

Thanks for the review Susan but I would like to add that the door was not installed incorrectly, rather the door manufacturer sent the wrong size door so we had to make a return trip in order to finish the install. Hope you are enjoying your new garage door!

Door was in bad shape which I knew. Scott got the door working as I was trapped with my car in the garage. He gave me several options. I elected to get a new door. Glad I spent the extra money but this door is totally silent belt drive. Scott takes pride in his installations, showed up on time and explained everything completely. Could have went with lower priced door, but glad I didn't. This door will probably outlast me.
