I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife

They were very nice and professional. They went through everything. They sent an email of my tech with his picture and profile. They gave me an estimate and did the work the same day. I had an appointment at 10 and they were there at 10!
