Precision Garage Door Service of Baton Rouge

I called to ask them to come see my broken garage door and give me a quote to fix it and give me a quote to get a new door of greater quality, belt-driven, QUIETER and insulated door. This was a bit AFTER the Great Flood of 2016 in August in Louisiana. My LOUD, chain-driven, non-insulated, did I mention NOISY (lol!), faded garage door, chain and other parts broke 2 days before the flood and I had to leave my garage door OPEN, thus everything in it FLOATED away with the flood. So, they came out and checked everything and prepared 3 estimates for me, in the format of Column 1 "Good", Column 2 "Better", Column 3 "Best" (like Sears did years/decades ago). I went with "Best", which was still less than double the "Good" which was repairing existing one. They guided me in selecting the best color. Since my door faces East, it was so faded out that I couldn't really tell what the original color was. I chose a brown, over the phone, and they told me that it was so dark that they did not think I would like it. They said the color would absorb all the heat from the sun and my garage would be so very hot, that they would recommend the lighter taupe color. Then, to be certain, they brought a sample of all the colors they offered and gave it to me. I went with their recommendation of taupe. It looks PERFECT with my stucco and brick and is insulated, which is truly wonderful. I've gone out to the front of garage and felt the door in extreme heat and cold, then come back in and felt the inside of the door. There is so much of a difference, I was in awe. They also programmed the button in my new car (had to purchase bc I lost mine in the flood). And, they installed a keypad, keyless entry on the outside, which is very convenient for family, workers, etc. After the fact, when I needed to change the keypad number, they were able to talk me through that over the phone. Great guys did a GREAT job with a great product!!! Very professional!

Was told the doors would be in in 1 1/2 weeks and 3 weeks later I still haven't heard anything. No one calls to let me know what is going on. Not Happy!

Honest people. They told me what I could upgrade to and slightly pushed that, which is what I would expect. But were very happy to do repair. If you need your garage door repaired or replaced definitely call Precision Door

Justin, the technician, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He carefully checked the garage door and the remote control parts. I was able to choose from several options. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone.
