They were on time for appointment! Very courteous. They explained all my options for repairing the door and were done quickly. More money than I anticipated based on quote from others. I prefer recommendations from Home Advisor.

The drive belt on our 16-year old Raynor garage door opener had started to disintegrate. I obtained a new belt from Raynor, and needed a repairman to install. You gave the most expensive estimate, but I chose you because of your association with HomeAdvisor, and the info on your web page, particularly the identification of the repairman and his bio. Repairman was on time, very professional and friendly, and a Navy vet besides. I am happy with the service.

The technicians ended up repairing instead of replacing but did not want to reduce price.

Dear (consumer name withheld per their request) , We are very confused by the review left by you. Our tech quoted you an entire torsion system and roller replacement. Followed through on the work and then you were upset stating that you didn't fully understand the quote provided. We then discounted the invoice over 50%, which you stated was more than fair.
