Five Stars!! Called Precision for a repair based on other reviews I had read, and was not disappointed. Timely service...they actually arrived ahead of schedule and the service tech Mike was awesome..... professional, friendly and knows his stuff! Would highly recommend

Last year I had a garage door opener installed. This year it stopped working due to a manufacturing defect. Precision door came out and identified the issue and covered it fully under warranty. Very impressed with their service and attitude. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Chet Shrader visited us on schedule to prepare an estimate of our garage doors replacement. He gave detailed explanations on our questions and gave us the estimate in a couple of minutes after that. He left a very good impression, representing the company Precision Door Service. After consideration of the estimate, we chose the company to do the job. The major reason of our decision was 10(!) years warranty - more than other companies. Rolando Chaparro completed new garage doors installation on time and they are quieter than our old doors, despite the fact that they are much harder. We hope, the doors will continue to work as now. All the time working with the company, I contacted Tom Shea, who patiently explained to me all the details of the work. I wish the Precision Door Service team continued success.
