Rich arrived as promised on time and efficiently scoped out the problem with our door. We agreed on what needed to be done and he completed the work within 2 hours. I appreciated the virus-conscious precautions and the heads-up text with his picture is a great idea. Percision Door sent Tech Mike (#49) and he annonuced his arrival with photo , nice.... Mike investigated the issues with both single doors and gave options as to repair. Gave pro's and con's of each options leaving it my choice with zero pressure as to which option fit the repair. Extremely professional installing two new motors , new entrance control and remote controls which were the options I chose . The repairs needed were during this pandemic he showed total safety measures throughout the install. Mike also performed the required repairs in a timely manner. Great service , friendly and professional personnel , I would totally recommend Percision Door to anyone looking for any type of garage door service.

Very responsive, they come right out, do the job. I had a problem with the door a week later, not their fault, they came right back and fixed the problem. I want to make clear that it was not their problem, it was that the door molding was interfering with the door's operation, so they fixed that for me. Highly recommend.

I was having a problem changing my code on my recently installed garage door opening system. When I called Precision, I was immediately connected to a person. After I explained the situation, I was told that no technicians were available until the following day from 3 to 5pm. That did not make me very happy, but I took the appointment. Chet from Precision texted me his photo and then called me three hours early to see if I was available within 30 minutes. I agreed and within 15 minutes of his arrival, he had checked out the whole system and patiently explained and walked me through how to change my security code. Precision is the best!

Precision garage door! I canâ  t say how happy I was to find a door company open with the COVID-19. Called on Thursday and they set up an appointment for the next day, gave me a time and the service tech call saying he was on his way ( early ) and when he got to my house he looked over the issue and gave me three options. We pick the options we wanted it before you know it he had it completed then show me that the door was balanced and asked if I had any questions. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or anyone it asked me about them. Thanks for the fast response and the service tech was very informative and polite. I will definitely call you if I ever need help again
