    Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company

    This is my second time using them and I am extremely pleased. They honestly couldnâ t be better. Easy to contact and book appointment. Had my info from several year ago on file. Easy to get appointment. Arrived on time with a call 20 minutes before arrival. Got an email also with photo of technician. Great job and helped program the remote and car.

    Hello! Today Jacob was here and it was a great experience. Jacob arrived with his mask on as I had one too. He introduced himself right away, I love that!     Garage door wouldnâ t open at 6:00am. I manually opened it and went to work. Called Precision Door Service at 7:41am and had a service tech at my house at 3:00pm the same day! Awesome customer service. Highly recommended!!

    Our garage door springs broke, after 10 years, on a Sunday. Both cars were in the garage so there was no way to get them out. We called the number and was able to get an appointment for Monday. The technician arrived promptly, gave us acceptable estimate, and got to work. He finished the job within an hour. Door was working perfectly when he left. I would use this company and recommend.

    Chet was exceptional. He was prompt and gave me several options for the repairs. After completion he took the time to completely explain what he did and how things should work. Would hire again for future for future services if needed.

    Paul did a fantastic job fixing the damage to our door. Called first thing in the morning got a same day appointment and he even came earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He provided a thorough examination with a clear presentation to ensure we knew what needed to be done and why. Finished the work and explained maintenance we could perform to help keep the doors healthy. Hope to work with him again in the future to possibly update our openers or doors for better insulation. Cannot speak more highly of his service.
