My garage door was making a loud noise when it closed and I thought it would come off the tracks. Jacob Krummel came to repair. He inspected all and said there was nothing structural that needed a major repair or upgrade and fixed the problem. He did not recommend changing the rollers which were good for many more cycles and said to wait until the spring breaks and then they will use an upgrade kit which ultimately will be less costly than replacing single parts now. I'm quite happy with the service and recommend the company and especially the technician.

I wish I could rate the customer service higher than 5 they were excellent. The service I received from the technician (Rich) was top notch. Price was very reasonable, thought it would be more because of the weekend. Awesome service awesome company.

Good communication throughout; I knew when tech was on the way, he arrived on time, was careful to observe health protocols, and worked efficiently. He taught me several important maintenance tips, things that might have avoided a service call. Fairly priced. Iâ ll definitely use them again if it becomes necessary.

I called Precision at 8:30 in the morning to schedule an appointment to repair my garage door. I had bent some 18 inches of one door track and knocked the adjacent sensor light off its mount . When I had discussed the repairs with other garage door services these other services told me it could take up to three weeks to repair my door. One representative of another service came, took photographs, and gave us a proposal for approximately three times the cost of the successful repair by Precision "because you have to buy 2 replacement sets of tracks. Nobody will sell you just one track." The service technician sent by Precision arrive half an hour before the arranged time in a van fully loaded with tools and parts, He asked if I had any problems with him starting a few minutes early, explaining that he thought he would probably be able to fix the damaged section of track, the damaged mounts, and possibly the sensor for the door's safety light, He finished all the repairs and cleaned his work area in less than half an hour. I will recommend Precision without reservation to my neighbors and friends.
