New door was installed. Chet was the gentleman that installed the door and other hardware .Chet was very efficient and polite he did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Chet is an asset to this company and I highly recommend Precision Door. Especially if they send Chet what a great guy.

Today I backed up my car to a half open garage door and destroyed it. I was desperate, couldn't get the car out of half open garage with busted doors. I called the Precision Garage Door, the technician was there in less than 2 hours. Paul did the necessary emergency repairs, ordered new parts and as soon as the new door panels arrive my garage door will be as new. Thank you, Paul!

Overall-perfect. Chet arrived to install a garage opener. Upon inspection of my entire system he suggested replacing parts that were wearing. Honestly, at first, I thought this was an up-sale tactic. I WAS WRONG!!! After he did the job, replacing the opener, suggested parts and making adjustments... I barely hear my garage door open. Price was worth every penny.

I just had my garage door checked by Mike Thurber. I called because it sounded like the door was much louder opening & closing than in the past. He inspected & determined that springs and rollers needed replacement. He had all of the parts in the truck and did a very precise job in the replacement and then the lithium spray of those parts to keep them lubricated. My garage door is so quiet again and looks like new. Thanks Mike & Precision for a top notch job !! You are my go to for the garage going forward!!

Chet arrived on time as promised. Although I only needed to replace a spring, he convinced me to replace other worn parts also. Yes, it was expensive, but considering the quality of the Precision parts which were much better/stronger than those bought at a home store, and also considering the 5-year warranty, the cost was well worth it. Recently I was the recipient of a failed garage door spring and cable(on 1 of 2 doors). As luck would have it, it happened on a Saturday. So I surfed the web and came upon Precision Door Company. Called and set up an appointment for following Monday. The Tech, Ed Malinowski, arrived promptly on schedule. He was very friendly and sociable. He immediately assessed the situation and we discussed the work to be done. Based on his recommendation I decided to have the spring and cable replaced on the second door as well. And I was never so glad I did. He wasted no time making the repairs. I appreciated very much Ed's expertise, recommendations and excellent work ethics. I have put Precision Door on speed dial on my phone and look forward to calling on them for all my future garage door repairs/replacements, thanks to Ed.
