We had received a quote initially for a slightly higher amount but that amount was reduced at the time of service. We had already issued a check for the original quote and couldn't provide a revised check. We were fine with paying the original quoted price but the serviceman assured me he would discuss with owner and see if she would provide us a refund. She did which we received just a few days later. High points for integrity!!
