Its run by Drew and Robert. They are two hard working guys that show up ahead of agreed upon time, get the work done and move on. Very friendly, know what it takes to get work done and take care of other peoples things. They moved outside chairs, tables and other stuff to get at the mildew that was on the house. I would recommend these 2 guys to anybody. They can use us as references and will verbally state hire them to get any power washing need doing done. Really like these two. Thank you for a job well done.

Extremely satisfied with entire process. First, i got on the net to determine average cost of exterior residence washing. Second, i gave Home Advisors a look on my phone, picked the task, and hit submit. Five minutes later i received contact information from professional companies in my area. Third, gave Perfect Powerwash of Texas a call, set up an appointment. The company arrived at the time set up, evaluated the residence, and confirmed the initial quote given to me during our earlier phone conversation. By the way…cost right at the average for this area. I was amazed! From the tip of the fireplace chimney to the base of the foundation of a two story home, horizontal lap siding,brick, dormers, two car garage, breezeway, and even the front sidewalk. residence had never been cleaned before. Their professional equipment removed years of built-up grime, dirt, and mold. the whole house looks brand new! Two professionals came over and completed the whole process in THREE HOURS! Perfect Power Wash of Texas answered questions concerning their process of cleaning, how the the material being cleaned determines the cleaning method. Heck…They even took off their shoes before climbing on the shingles. Bet that was fun. To bad there isn't a ten rating for those special times when someone goes above and beyond the call of duty.

I hired this company to power wash my driveway, sidewalk, walkway and patio. Everything looks amazing - just like new! Robert and Drew are very professional. I was kept informed of appointment time through texts and phone calls. These guys are very personable and considerate. This company is very competitive in their pricing. Brady was professional throughout the entire process. He was able to come out on a Saturday which was very helpful for me. Very prompt, he would answer all my calls and text messages. He answered every question I had, even all the questions over the report. I am glad Brady did my inspection and I would recommend.

Brady was professional and down to earth throughout the process. I was impressed and appreciative of him answering so many emails and phone calls regarding my questions, and all so quickly and willingly. I never got the vibe that he was rushing me or annoyed. He was very informative with everything. Following him around during inspection, then the summary verbal report, followed by the written report was a great way for me to really digest the points, and it was all consistent. I felt like I really understand all the points clearly. Finally, he gave me some contractor referrals who were also very professional.
