Job done the very same day, solid work, friendly
The insulation of our gutters did not go very well due to a project manager of the job that no longer works for the company. Once the owner became aware of the situation, he was at our doorstep within 12 hours, coming up with a solution of how to fix it and moving his schedule around to make it happen very quickly. I will add more to this review next week after the repair work is done. I am looking forward to having nothing but glowing reviews to say.
Hi Deanna, this is the first I am hearing of your issue. I don't have any emails or phone calls asking us to remedy this issue. I am going to be in the area tomorrow morning and I would love to come inspect the issue.
I was told by owner Chad, that he could do an underground gutter $5,000 to keep water from going to my foundation and I would not need a French drain built. Not only were the pipes not buried correctly but I had flooding on my front lawn where the line went. It also flooded my flower bed to the point Barkdust was going down my front walkway to the public sidewalk. The pipes werenâ t farther enough out from my house and I had flooding on the other side of the yard. When I told about this he was irate! He threatened to come over â to pull it all up and just let the water ruin my foundation.â The guy has no boundaries. He sent people out to my house to work when I had emphatically said, â NO!â Would you want someone out to your house that is a threatening Bully? I ended up paying an extra $5,000 for a French drain. The underground gutter he built is useless. I had several other professional look at it and agreed it was a bad job. Did I mention I canâ t open my backdoor all the way because of gutter being in the way?
Obviously this isn't even close to what happened. I offered multiple times to pay for an inspector to come to your house and show me how the project was installed wrong. We didn't install a French drain. A French drain isn't recommended for your house because the ground over saturates this time of year and a French drain becomes worthless. You were onsite during install and were fine with the exit point of the drain. A huge rain came through and moved some of your mulch. I offered to come move the exit point to a new location and you refused asking for all your money back.
Showed up on time, best prince of 4 bids submitted, clean up sparkled-...left better than they found it.
They were thorough and reasonably priced.
Have used them repeatedly. Recommend them!
Rain gutter replacement for a small section above garage. Quote was prompt, bid was fair, work was performed well in accordance with expectations.
Excellent experience can’t say I’ve had a better crew. Thanks Oregon Gutter Experts
Friendly and professional
