I had about 50 boxes and about 6 pieces of furniture moved. I believe the damage occurred when my possessions were moved from the 18-wheeler to the smaller truck to unload at my new home. Fifteen boxes were labeled fragile with a large sticker. Everyone of the fragile boxes were broken open and crushed. It seemed deliberate, as the unmarked boxes were not damaged in any way. Many possessions were ruined. My tech desk and computer desk were damaged so badly that the drawers do not open, and the legs are split. I contacted them about the damage but have received no response or compensation.

Very helpful in moving process, provided advice about packing different items, professional in caring for furniture with padded wrapping and shrink wrapping. Moving team was courteous and polite and welcome in my home.

I was contacted almost immediately after I submitted my project and they were able to schedule me within the same week. On the day of my move, my movers arrived early to begin the move. They carefully wrapped my furniture and appliances and then took them down 3 flights of stairs. What a relief. Then they delivered them to my new address, unpacked them and places them where instructed to. I could not have been happier.
