"I hired DG Forever to tile my bathroom. They had to remove 2 layers of old tile before starting. Crew came to my home just as they said they would, and got right to work. On the first day the old tile was out, and new tile laid. Area was kept neat and clean. I had mis scheduled another tradesman that interrupted the finishing work, and Savo worked with me to come back to finish up. Once again, on time, very professional crew. "The installation was fantastic, the installers were very good at what they do. We had one problem with the man that’s was over scheduling the work, we had our floors finished except for installing the carpet in the 3 bedrooms. The scheduler put us behind another project because it was a larger project, he actually told me it was a larger job than ours and he put them ahead of ours. I called the head office and actually spoke to a man over the projects and explained we didn’t understand why the scheduler put ours off for another project. Our floors were down to cement, we were ready to have it finished. He was so nice, had them at our home the next day or so and gave us a discount to make up for the scheduler’s actions. We felt that was a very caring man."

"When William Kabak came to our house to assess the acid-worn state of our marble master bath countertop, he showed how wholly apt is the word MAGIC in the name of his business! Instead of merely giving me a quote for the work that needed to be done, he took care of it on the spot, deftly scraping off the soap-scum build-up, thoroughly cleaning the countertop, and polishing the marble to a sheen, sealing it, and thus restoring it to its original pristine quality. Before he left, William also replaced the grout along the length of our Silestone kitchen countertop. Best of all, he educated me about how to care properly for my countertops, especially the one made of marble; I intend to purchase a scraper and the concentrated cleanser he recommended, as well as the spray bottle that I'll use to dilute that cleanser. Given the outstanding quality of his work, William's prices are wholly reasonable-- and I was so impressed with his skills and expertise, that I plan to hire his company to thoroughly clean our master-bath tile shower, including the grout, some of which will need to be replaced. In short, I would give William and Marble Magic Restoration the highest possible recommendation."
