The men are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I appreciate their help educating me on the entire process and their patience with my not having moved in over 30 years. They are an incredible group of men to do business with. I recommend them HIGHLY !

There was confusion about the moving date, but in the end they had an extra crew come out to make it happen on the date we had originally set. I found the company to be professional and helpful. Due to a truck in the shop, my items had to be transferred to another truck. A couple of garage shelving parts were lost. I packed myself and only two glasses and one inexpensive vase was broken. Boxes are packed high and I find writing fragile on the boxes doesnâ t make a difference. Pack well!

They damaged my goods and refused to replace them. The boxes all arrived damaged, and they had very little care for any items. Additionally they have stopped replying to me in hopes that I will just let it go. Dont hire this company

Damaged/destroyed dresser; so many minor damages rendering some items unusable. Claim service is unprofessional and no access to completing claim forms online. It is what it is; maybe local moves are different? Would not recommend them for long-distance moves. East coast to the West coast.

I Never will recommend this company. Bad experience from load up to delivery. They pressured me to move in the day after I arrived adding to an already stressful situation. Charged me for sitting time after I was told they would wait until I did necessary inspection and paperwork at new apt.,but, they did not wait. Charged me because the tractor-trailer would not fit under power lines. The move cost me $430 above the original estimate. I am writing this bad review to alert others what movers can do.

Absolutely everyone involved with this company whom I dealt with was outstanding. We hired them for a long distance move from Florida to Upstate NY. From the start, Trad, the estimator, set the professional bar followed by the movers: Ricky, Timothy and Shed and the delivers: Allen and Brian. We were awed by their professionalism and speed and would refer them to anyone who may have a move in their future.
