On Time and right on with their quote.

Excellent customer service. Kind and friendly staff. They did what they said they were going to do. No hidden fees, no surprises. True to their name, 'On Time Moving', they were on time for pick up and on time for delivery, driving through 7 states.

A representative came to our home and took inventory of all that we needed to move. He took the time to educate us on all of the details that were involved with the move (legal, financial, logistic), and offered us a number of options based on our budget and time constraints. The truck arrived on time and the crew that came to load the truck was wonderful. They used great care in moving all that was ready to move and helped to pack the things that we had not yet prepared. They were empowered to address any problems that arose and did not charge us any more money for the extra help. A communication problem caused our moved items to be delivered a day late. After speaking with customer service on the day the truck was supposed to arrive, we discovered that the arrival date that they had logged was 4 days later. Their resolution to this misunderstanding was better than I could have ever expected. They assembled an additional crew and sent another truck to meet the truck containing our things and worked all through the night to transfer our things to the other truck and drive to our new home. To our amazement, they arrived early the next morning to unload. The unload crew was also wonderful, taking great care in moving our things in spite of the fact that they had just transferred everything to the new truck and drove all night to get here. We had received lower estimates from other moving companies but decided to choose On Time Movers because the professionalism they displayed and the peace of mind they offered was well worth the extra few dollars. I would recommend this company to anyone considering an out of state move.

Items were stacked in truck and lamps and grill were broken. A few packed items were broken. Everyone was very nice. In addition, at the unpacking at the house you needed someone to direct traffic. We did not have someone at all times and then stuff just got put in garage. Two months later we are still trying to find things. I felt the unpacking was rushed.

The estimator and office staff were great to work with and very responsive to questions.

Recently hired On Time Moving and Storage out of St. Augustine, FL for the third time in five years. Note: There are a couple other companies in Florida called On Time so make sure you get the guys in St. Augustine. I worked with Bobby in the office there. First off, their charges are good. They come out, look at what you have to move and give you their estimate of what it will cost. They are on target and very fair. I like that. Next, I am a coach and I move fairly often with my job. I know how to pack. I use decent packing boxes. I label each box with my name and what room the box goes to. I count my boxes and number them so we all know what is mine. On Time Moving and Storage has been there for me each and every time I hired them. And this is the best of all. NO BREAKAGE. NO DAMAGE. NO LOSS. NO KIDDING. I do personally like to move first thing in the morning. They often arrive early on my moving day and they get right to work. No eating up time. I appreciate that. Believe me, I do have some moving horror stories I could share ... but NOT with this company. I have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS and only praise for On Time Moving and Storage. Finally, we all know it is stressful to move ... but this company takes a lot of the pressure off moving and I appreciate that more than I can say. There are good and bad out there everywhere. I think it is about time for me to review On Time Moving and Storage. I was lucky enough to find this company in 2016. When it is time to choose who will move your valuables from one place to another it can be overwhelming. Leida took the time to tell me what to look for in a moving company and what to watch out for and then said call me if we can help. Well I kept on my search and soon realized I needed to call her back. I have moved from Jacksonville Fl to Nashville Tn and back and they were on time and very careful with my furniture and my breakables and it all arrived just like I packed it. They kept in touch with me so I would not worry and as you know moving is stressful and that means a lot. I just moved from Jacksonville Fl to Orlando with very little notice and they went out of their way to make sure all went smoothly. I have moved 3 times in 3 years and I have had the pleasure of working with Bobby, Chris, Joseph and many other people who work at On Time Moving and Storage and they are all respectful, nice and professional. When it is time for you to move put yourself in their capable hands and let them do what they do best, take care of you and your valuables! I know I will move again for my job and it is nice to know that if it is across town or across the country they have my back! Linda A
