These people seem to know and care about the business of cleaning pools. Unfortunately I had a company for 5 months before who really didnâ t care about anything except doing â extra workâ for more money.

The only word to describe OC Pools customer service and quality of work are absolutely fantastic! OC came to look at the job on Monday and we started draining the pool. By the following Monday, they had removed the old pebble tec, added new plumbing for the sweeper, capped off the in-ground cleaning system, put in new tile, added new pebble tec, acid washed the pool and spa and refilled both. The transformation of the pool and spa is incredible. OC and Oscar called us daily to keep us informed on the progress of the project. If you are looking for a company to build a pool or remodel a pool and backyard we highly recommend OC Pools. They can do an amazing job!

I talked to three companies to get estimates and once I met with OC and Oscar my gut told me that they know what they are doing and they weren’t there just to sell me repairs. OC called me within minutes of getting the request and they came out the next day to give me an estimate. They showed up on time which doesn’t happen a lot with other companies. They were able to get me in the next day to make the repairs I needed. OC came back later that day to go over the equipment with me. Were they the least expensive? No but for the peace of mind they provided to me it was worth a few extra dollars. I am completely satisfied and I am going to use them for monthly service going forward.
