Their professionalism was outstanding! I have referred O C Pool & Spa to over ten clients and all of them absolutely loved the work done. Hands down one of the best in the business!

I hired someone to find my in-ground pool leak, and he found one in the skimmer. He said it is a simple fix. At his recommendation, I hired OC for the repair. When OC came out to review for a quote, they said (via text) they would remove the cracked grout and re-grout. And this was after a very hard push to instead empty the pool, remove tiles, and then perform a repair for $1800. I pushed back, and Oscar ultimately said he would caulk and it should last 6 years. That was a red flag that made me wonder why he pushed for the $1800 job. At their first repair attempt, all they did was put a caulk/epoxy mix over the grout removing no grout at all. And they made such a mess of the skimmer, it looked like a 5-year-old did it, leaving a caulk mess all over the skimmer. It looked terrible, and the caulk came off in less than a day. 2nd repair attempt, Oscar came out. He said he did not understand why the caulk did not work, so he added more epoxy to the caulk and applied. Another messy job, but better than the first guy. But again, the caulk peeled off in less than a day. After 2 tries, he again pushed for the $1800 fix. I said there was no way to even know if his fix would have worked since the caulk peeled off so fast. Oscar talked to the guy who found the leak, and they decided to put a 100% epoxy (resin + hardener) on it. This time it worked, and the leak was sealed. However, he covered up just enough of the holes where the skimmer flap brackets go that the skimmer flap no longer fit. Oscar noticed that and worked on it, but when he left the skimmer flap still did not fit. I ultimately fixed it myself by shaving the plastic brackets that go into the now-too-small-holes. Summary of that job: It took 3 tries to do something I could have done myself in 15 minutes, and it would have looked a LOT better. He should have used tape to leave neater lines. So I paid $325 for what should have been a 15-minute fix in one attempt. NEXT: While this repair worked, the pool still leaked. The leak finder found 2 return pipe issues around the spa, and he insisted Oscar was the best guy to fix it. So while he knew the problems I had with the skimmer, I reluctantly agreed to try again. So I immediately called Oscar to tell him exactly what the issue was and if he could do it. He estimated it would be $650-$950, depending on what he found, and that he would be there the following Monday. I even sent him photos at his request. He was a no-show (and this was not the first time). I called at the end of the day and he told me he was just about to call me. Said he would be there Tuesday around noon. Two plumbers showed up for some reason (no Oscar). They looked at it and found the same thing the leak finder guy found, and it was exactly what I described to Oscar on the phone the prior Friday. I asked them if they do such a repair. They said no, and they did not know why Oscar sent them out. So I called Oscar and left a voicemail, and again described the issue. No call back (12 days have since passed and he never called me back), so I decided not to waste any more time or money on OC and called somebody else. They came out exactly when they said they would, fixed it the first time, and it cost me $450. This is a long note, but details help when reading a review. I will say that on the skimmer issue, at least Oscar made good on his promise to get it fixed (funny that he said after the 3rd fix that it would last 10 years again, why the push for the $1800 job?). Despite the good reviews, I see for OC, I will never use them again. The 2.5 customer service is a balance of ultimately fixing the skimmer, offset by missed appointments, and no return call at the end.

The fellows that came by and did the work we re very professional cleaned up after them and self s and for the most part you wouldn t even know they were there.Except for the change in the pool. Very nice to deal with my only problem if you could call it a problem is the early mornings that they started that I am not a morning person :-)

Oscar and O.C. pools was amazing! Super fast and did incredible work repairing a return line leak. They Removed pavers to get to the problem area and did so with zero damage to surrounding area and pavers that needed to be temporarily removed and replaced. Will refer them to all my family and friends and will use again in the future!

Needed to resurface my older diving depth swimming pool. We met with a total of 6 vendors. OC Pools was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered a favorably priced estimate. They didn't have as many color choices for the pebble as some companies, but we were satisfied with our options and went with OC. They did a thorough job jack hammering the old surface to permit a thick (strong) layer of new pebble lining. They installed new waterline tile, some turtle mosaics, and the pebble surface. They also put in a new suction line and variable speed pump to replace the old pressure cleaning system. Everything turned out great and we're very happy.

O C came out to fix a leak we had under the flagstone. They came very quickly, and found the leak, repaired it, and put new flagstone in. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them
