TT CON Xingyang .Price is very reasonable and they responded quickly. Called when they were running a little late to let me know they were on their way. Gave a lot of details as to what they were doing.

Oscar took the time to find exactly what was wrong with the pool. He took time to dig, and found I needed a new automatic water leveler. I had other people come out to look at the pool, and they did not find my issue, and I wasted time as the issues got worse. They were really detailed, and professional. I have to do some upgrades to my pool early next year and I will be using Oc Pool and Spa for sure.

They are honest and very innovative problem solvers. They offer great workmanship and maintain constant communications, on the job site or by phone daily. From beginning to end pending weather the work was done and ahead of schedule. Everyone should talk to OC before they make any decision.

They are great. They did a major remodel for me and do the regular upkeep and will continue to use them. Fantastic work, quick to respond.

We had a 30 yr old pool that needed updating. New pebbletech & tile, new baja play step, grotto waterfall built around existing loveseat step, & new jump rock. I'm so glad I called this company for an estimate. I was actually ready to go with another company, but just needed one more estimate to make the final decision. From the moment we met, I had a "good feeling" about them. I love that they are a family owned business. They take great pride in their work because it's their family name on the line. It came out beautiful, & we're enjoying it so much! The chip out crew was amazing, and cleaned up nicely when they were done. The other crews were not quite as clean, but do awesome work. There are a couple things after completion we're working on. A modification to the waterfall, & a valve that needs replaced. Even after the work was done & the money was paid, they've been prompt to make adjustments & take care of anything that comes up, to my complete satisfaction. We will be using this company for completion of backyard project for new decking, spa, patio cover, BBQ, & maybe a pond, in the cooler fall weather.

We have used OC Pools for several projects - including a resurface with mini-pebble. They did an outstanding job and walked us through every step of the process at a substantial savings over other competitors (got multiple quotes). They also coordinated with current customers to allow me to see the different colors available and how they look when filled up. The only real way to pick the right color. They have also provided other services - including repairing some connections around the filter and assisted with recommendations on a new pool vacuum. OC pools is a top notch company with excellent customer service, their work has exceeded our expectations every time.

We have used OC for our weekly maintenance for 12 years now. They are very reliable and respond quickly when something does go wrong with the pool. We just used them for a major remodel too. Outstanding work! Very happy with their service.

Knowledgeable, worked quickly. Resolved my maintenance issue, but a bit costly.

Promised a litttle more that they delivered..but overall I was happy with service
