The project included, among other things, installing solar tubes/sky lights in two room, re-modeling the sunroom, painting the entire interior of the home and replacing flooring though-out the entire home. There were additional items that came up as the project went on, John and Trisha listened to what I requested, if it was something not advisable they explained why and helped find a solution to my satisfaction. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. All debris was removed each day. They kept the schedule we agreed to. "We discovered a leak in the house late in the afternoon on a Friday, I researched restoration companies settleing for california restoration, their response was inmediate! and set the pace for the kind of excellent service and responsiveness I received from the crew sent to work on our dry out and repair. They did the following quality work for us: dry out of two rooms (kitchen and laundry), remove, replace, texturize, paint damaged drywall, remove wood flooring, repair wood cabinet damage (including matching stain color), install tile floor, move refrigerator when replacing flooring. They were very interested in our satisfaction and did things to meet our expectations, even when it involved rework. All new plumbing in both bathrooms. Tile floors in third bathroom and laundry room. Also Minor painting and install some trim in kitchen Bill made sure each worker was very tidy and respectful of our home. The work quality is excellent, we love our new bathrooms!
