What this company did for us was inform us of the dangers of having the level of mold within our home and guided us to a level of safety. As hard as it may have sounded and looked, the saying goes " If it seems too good to be true, it isn't. But for this company, it was true to believe how hard they worked to remove the mold and dangers from our home. They informed us of every step they took and then some. One other thing that truly made a world of difference, " The removal of mold and everything related to making mold grow out of control was immediately removed to stop the growth to continue to grow to the level of high danger. When my wife and I were not familiar with how much danger were in, they informed us of how much danger we could be in by staying in the home. They informed us of how long this job would take, and they were right on the target completion. I highly recommend this company for this kind of work. We had another company before this one and they put us in more danger you can imagine , I fired them after 6 weeks of no shows and leaving the mold level to continue to grow, leaving the condition of the mold to grow and destroying our home. Deborah is a top notch professional who took her time to explain every detail of the job to me. She kept me informed of everything she was doing with pictures, videos, and phone calls. Put my mind at ease during a very stressful time. Plus, this is a female owned company, so it was a pleasure to support them. Deborah sent Mike to my house to test for mold. Mike is a great guy; took two samples from inside the house, plus one sample from outside. Within a couple days, we had the results. NO Mold! Mike said it didn’t even register. Bottom line is Mike did an honest job, tested my house for mold, and actually showed me that my home is mold free. No gimmicks, honest and trustworthy!

She was extremely empathetic and knowledgeable. She stayed with me on the phone for over an hour calming me and answering my questions as well as informing me further. Mike came to our rental and took tests, answered our questions and gave us recommendations. He is a really good guy and also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We knew we needed to get out of that house ASAP and that is what we are doing! Our test results will be coming in a few days and Mike and Deborah will be able to answer our questions further. Deborah was extremely accessible & knowledgeable for all my questions about mold in general and remediation. She and her crew treated my home as if it were theirs, all while making sure that every wall, floor and ceiling was cleaned. This is an extremely stressful event and her knowledge and professionalism helped me sleep at night!
