Larry from Modern Renovations was great to work with. I was in the middle of a move and needed the roofs replaced at both my old and new homes. He quickly turned around a quote at a great price and worked us into the schedule to get both done fast before closing. Both homes had large, complex rooflines, and each was completed in two days. The foreman was excellent, made sure everything was protected, and the cleanup was thorough. Great customer service all around. I would definitely recommend Modern Renovations.

Larry repaired my roof that had some damage do to Storm and high winds. He did an excellent job. He and his company are stand up people. I wouldn't trust my roofing needs with another company after Modern renovations took great care of my roof. He was very punctual, and very professional. Really easy man to talk to about my roofing problems. The price was more than fair, and the work was great. Took care of my roof, cleaned up everything after they were done. I cant tell you how much I appreciate his prompt attention and detail in their work. THANK YOU MODERN RENOVATIONS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! MUCH APPRECIATED!

Still waiting on a few little final steps to be finished however the crew was great! Kristen in the office was so nice. Communication was really good with the office and the head foreman. Foreman on the job George was fantastic and showed up in person when a call would have been totally fine. Really nice people with great manners and Communication skills working for this company.

I would not recommend using this company. Poor customer service. I recently had a fence installed in January. I worked with Nathaniel and stood on my property with him while he measured the length of the fence. He quoted a price with a discount as my neighbor was signing up for a deck at the same time. After receiving the quote I email Nathaniel with concerns the length of fencing he quoted seemed short compared to the measurements of my yard and site plan. He assured me the length was correct. When the installers came to install the fence sure enough they were way short and were only fencing in about half of my yard. I called the sales man, Nathaniel twice and emailed him with no response from him at all. I called the main office and they told me they would have him call me. No call back. The installers moved a portion of the fence to the property line temporarily. Finally, the project manager came to figure out the problem. They had to charge me an additional $1,100 in materials and labor to have this fence correct to what it should have been and quoted from the start. Hands tied I needed this fence corrected as my HOA was already contacting me that the fence was now over my property line. It took them another month to finish the install leaving my back yard full of holes, mud all over which of course was tracked in by people and my dog. Now with a carpet cleaning bill, no apologies and a rude receptionist which is filling in for the office manager just pushed me off to the project manager with an attitude again to see if they could reduce the $1,100 down since this was their mistake in the first place! Also for my wasted time and addition money needed to clean rugs and carpets in my home. Of course I called the property manager and left a voicemail which has gone ignored. Think twice before using this company. I am in a new constructed neighborhood and refuse to recommend this company to any of them.

They got the job done right and were very professional and knowledgeable about their job.They worked real hard and were very courteous.They also cleaned up their mess and they picked all the nails.
