When I initially talked to them they said they could ALSO do a couple of small things like replace a board on my deck. They said they would do it but did not quote a price or do any follow up to this request. Ultimately, they did not fulfill their promise but the roof looks good.

very efficient company from step 1 (the estimate) to completion of the roof shingle replacement. There still remains other items on the entire job that need completed but the biggest portion of the job seems to have been a complete success. The work crew of Latino men was commendable; hard working, on task, organized, and friendly. I hope the remainder of the project goes accordingly.

From the beginning Shawn & Larry were professional, courteous and personable. Materials were delivered earlier than expected after signing, which was a pleasant surprise. A series of storms came thru our valley so work was delayed--not their fault. We had to go out of town for a few days and when we came home we had a new roof! Awesome! They had cleaned up so well, it was a day or two before we noticed. We are very happy with our new roof -- Thanks Modern Renovations!
