Modern Renovations were professional and got the work done in one day. Cleaned up everything like they had never been there. Everyone from the office to the workers were extremely courteous. Highly recommend them if you need roof work. Darryl

Professional, efficient, and overall great job from estimate to final clean-up. Completed the entire job in one day. The guys who actually installed the roof were great, and some of the hardest working professionals I have ever dealt with on our home.

We had no problem with the workers it was the office staff what was to be a 1 to 2 day job as quoted took 3 weeks Have more then half down to start took a week to come put roof was told be back next day for gutters and rest of job took 2 more weeks office person said had to order gutters everything should have been ordered that day I signed a contract if I had been told it would be 3 weeks in beginning o would have not gone with them we did talk to owner that his staff needs to improve and get on the same page until then not reliable and trustworthy.
