Extremely friendly customer service from salesman to workers. Final product is beautiful.

Not entirely happy. My contract was for shingles and I must say the roof looks great. I was hoping to give this company all five stars but I can't. I had three issues during the shingle replacement; my gutter guard was completely removed on one side of the house, the trailer with the old roofing debris was left parked in my driveway for two days and I could not communicate with the workers due to minimal knowledge of the English language. I contacted Modern Renovations on Monday before noon to inform them the work was completed on Saturday but the trailer was still in my driveway, my gutter guard had been removed without my approval, I could not communicate with the workers due to the language barrier. I did not even mention that some of my flowers and plants on my deck were damaged. The office assistant informed me she would try to get some answers concerning the trailer and gutter guard. I received a call about thirty minutes later and was informed the trailer had a flat tire and that was why it was still there and the gutter guard would be fixed. I checked the trailer and there was no flat tire. Someone lied to her. The workers arrived around 2:00 p.m. on Monday and had to go through the debris on the trailer to locate all the pieces of my gutter guard. Most of the pieces were under the old roofing debris and were bent due to all the weight. The workers attempted to get all the kinks out and then they reinstalled them. What has happened to customer service? The company should have offered to replace the damaged gutter guards. Was thinking of using this company to replace my gutters but I will go with someone else.

They put tapers down all around my home to catch the debris and protect my gardens. When they finished with the roof, they policed my yard for nails and shingles that missed the tarps. This is a great local company From the very start, the customer service team were always courteous and returned calls quickly. Everything went very smooth. Once we decided on a date for the roof installation all of the supplies and work was done quickly. They cleaned up the entire yard all around so nothing was left behind, very thorough clean up, and it was all done in a day. The new roof looks beautiful Wonderful company to work with and would highly recommend that if you need a new roof or something fixed that you hire Modern Renovations.

Great local company! The salesman didn't try to rip us off with using a standard price for insurance. He worked up a quote without knowing what my insurance had given us and as he put it "I don't want you to think we are trying to take advantage of you" We had talked with a few other companies and the first thing they asked was how much we got for our insurance claim. Once the date was set for the roof the supplies and work was done quickly. Our entire yard all around was covered in tarps so nothing was left in the yard. They did a very thorough clean up, and were done in a day. The new roof looks great! Also the customer service were always courteous and returned calls quickly.
