My estimator was excellent! Initially the crew missed the option of having the cricket installed behind the chimney, but they sent someone out to do it at a later date when the weather warmed up! Easy fix. The crew did an excellent job on the roof and the cleanup. The Owens-Corning Duration architectural shingles look so much better than those old 3-tabs I had. I would recommend Modern Renovations to anyone in the area in need of a roof replacement.

I would highly recommend this firm, the roofers were exceptional and the time of replacing the roof was outstanding. Would hire them again when and if needed. the area around my home is cleaner now than when they arrived. The crew worked well together and was very efficient.

The job was sold very well, the office was really great. The workers could have been better as they allowed trash to blow away from the job and the clean up could have been better as we are still finding nails and roofing materials in the area. For what I paid, I expected cleanliness along with the "one day" sales pitch. The second day back on the job they showed up 2 hours late, disappeared for a 3 hour lunch and in the end we had to call the office to have a missing gutter guard piece put back on. I honestly expected more. But, I'm happy with the roof. Beats the old one.
