Ortiz Quality Doors

Marc Ortiz was everything we hoped for on this project. We had old metal bifold closet doors that needed replacing before we sold the house, as they were all broken or missing. He arrived EARLY (when have you had that happen!?), was polite, professional, completed the work with beautiful results, cleaned up everything after himself, leaving our house ready to show. He had to do some extra work to plane the ends of the doors to make them fit, and did that with no extra charge. He also was willing to add another couple of small projects we needed (securing a toilet with new wax ring and shims, and installing some smoke detectors/CO2 monitors), all for very reasonable pricing. We are moving out of state, so we are unlikely to need him again, but I sure wish we had found him sooner!! Very good, very experienced, and very pleasant. In fact, on the way out of our front door, he noticed the person who installed the door had not used enough screws on the hinges, and the door was sticking. He grabbed some screws out of his van and fixed it on the spot, so now it closes smoothly, and didn't charge us for this last minute kindness. What a great guy!!

Marc does an amazing job and is extremely personable. He is punctual, professional and most importantly, clearly has a passion for the work that he does. You can tell the care that he is putting into the project he's doing. He caters to your needs and helps you pick the best doors for your home. I would recommend Marc to anyone looking to replace their interrior doors. I've been meaning to do it myself for year, but finally got around to just paying someone to do it. I'm so glad I picked Mar.

Mark went out of his way to make a Home Depot run because my doggy door needed additional screws. He also recommended longer screws to hold my interior garage door to the studs and did so without charge. He made suggestions for my interior doors and will be replacing my mother s storm and screen doors as well. Sustainable Furniture and Doors did an outstanding job and and is reasonably priced. Excellent customer service!

He was fast at fixing 5 doors in one day. He showed me a few tricks to improve other doors if they have issues. I would recommend him to anyone for door repair or general carpentry.
