I was happy with the quality of work but very, very unhappy with customer service, relationship with client, and his lack of ability to communicate back to me. He has refused to answer my calls he just left me. He promised me to give me a receipt and he never did and he just dissappeared.

The App won’t let me give 5 stars! Which is wrong! Marc deserves 5 stars all around! My Murphy Door is better than I could imagine it. He is truly talented and does beautiful work. He is also affordable, professional, and friendly! Highly recommend him!!!

Had Marc Ortiz come out on 8/18 to provide a quote to remove the hinged door and install a pocket door in a non-load-bearing wall for the bathroom. Have called twice since, spoke with Marc each time still no quote as of 10/21. Just wish if vendors did not want to do a job, they would just say it, rather than string folks along.

Marc did quality work at a reasonable price. He was friendly and got the work done in just a couple of days. Overall experience earned a five star rating.

We had a very positive experience with Ortiz Quality Doors. Marc came out to see us and fully answer all our questions. He was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had my basement doors and trim installed. everything looks awesome! Marc even corrected some mistakes from previous work done by contractors that left gaps between the floors and the trim to make it look perfect. He was very detail oriented with his work and made sure to clean up very well before leaving. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.
