They came on a Friday night when our furnace stopped working on a night that will be in the 20's. Fixed it and had our heat going again in a couple of hours. Great job!

It is easy to find a really nice set of people during the normal day when everything is going fine. At 2 am when the furnace doesn't work and the temp is plunging, it gets harder to find someone that tells you they care, that will be there when they say, that shows up and when they give you an estimate it is exceptionally fair and reasonable. Without knowing me, the job these guys did for me and my family gives me great confidence in them. I will consider them first for any future projects.

Fixed both ac/heater units. Both systems refused to change to heater this weekend. Metro replaced the controller on one, the 24v transformers on both and both thermostats. I had already purchased most parts but didn't know all the wiring was not exact replacement. They used my parts without complaint and repaired both units. Only problem was they were one hour late for appointment. Maybe five stars without being late. Not cheap, but reasonable price. I will use David again, but I hope not soon. Thanks Home Advisor.

They were able to work around our business schedule and ended up coming to replace our air conditioner at 6:00 on a Friday Evening before an event we had on Saturday and they even had to take apart the entire unit and put it back together since it was too big and wouldn't fit through our attic opening. They were such a help and made everything so easy!
