Ben 2 weeks, had new duct installed and move thermostat to the bath room, very little air. Called the owner to check it out, called him every day. He said "I will be out and fix it and move thermostat to hall". Same thing every day, I will be there at a certain time, has not showed up yet. Very undependable, still waiting on him to come.

Hello, I?m sorry you had a bad experience with us. Just happened to be during the holidays. Never the less, I co owner David personally stopped by. There is no issues with any ducts. Customer had concern with airflow to restroom. I confirmed normal airflow based on duct ran to restroom. All other ducts good airflow. I relocated thermostats to hallway again second time for free each time. Awesome deal for all the work performed all quality. Didn?t charge for dampers/relocate thermostat and confirmed no airflow issues or bad air distribution. Again I do apologize for not returning right away as we shut the company for the holidays
