responded to my call in a timely manner. He checked and charged all my air units. I thought the cost was a little high.... however the following day we had trouble with one of the units not cooling and Metro came out and solved the issue at no charge on a Sunday! Nice to know they stand by their service and put the customer first.

My AC unit stopping working. I couldnÂ’t get any help from my home warranty to get emergency service. Home Advisor recommended Metro Service. David was very polite and had a tech at my home within a couple of hours. The technician was nice and very efficient. I highly recommend this company.
They are good. Super fast responding time
Had to come back several times to solve the problem. Kept me waiting every time, they were never on time. Sometimes till the next day. They ultimately solved the problem, but it took way too many trips.
Brian when we got to your house, there was no refrigerant in the system. You also had a window unit. We replaced the evaporator coil, then once we got the system on. We discovered that you have a communication system that had a bad outside control board. It took us a few days to get that board that's why it took us multiple trips. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. Also by the way you paid for the board only we didn't charge you to install, trouble shoot, re-program the communication system at thermostat, furnace and condenser (A very complicated system) God bless.
