I was fortunate to have the service of Anibal, a deeply experienced HVAC expert. He was very transparent about what repairs were required and why, and showed me each step of the way what he was doing and why. His guidance on things I can do to reduce strain on my system and extend the life of my hardware will help me keep what I have in good shape for quite some time - more than long enough, I should hope, to prepare for when it will have to be replaced entirely no matter what I do.

It was ethically wrong to fix something that was not going to work anyway.
Response from Company:
2 systems here one down both units do not have enough tonnage to accommodate summer heat. 1 system was repaired, replaced capacitor and charged refrigerant. The other was charged with refrigerant. Did recommend to add a additional system. There was a full refund given to the custumer the same week of repair personally by Co owner David thank you
