Write a ReviewThey went out and fixed my ac right away. However, my tenant complained that it was not running right. I called but after many promised appointments, they would not come. I don't think they would honor the 1-year labor part of the warranty. I had to call a different contractor to check the ac.
Dat, the reason we didn't go was because the tenant said the ac was working fine. You did call another contractor and also told me that they said there was no issues with the ac system am I not correct? I do have proof on our text message as well.
I can't say enough good things about Metro Service. They are extremely responsive, coming out less than two hours after we first spoke to them. Our a/c problems were fixed promptly and the staff is very friendly. This is the only company I'd hire for this work. We have a home warranty company (who couldn't manage to fix it) and I wouldn't even bother with them again. I would rather pay for the quality work that this company does. We have lived here for four years and our a/c is running better than it ever was. Thank you!
Metro made themselves very available and offered to come same-day on a Sunday. We didn't need the service immediately, so we scheduled it for Wednesday 7/4. Pleasantly surprised it wasn't a holiday fee or anything, "just another Wednesday for us." Anibal, our AC tech, was FANTASTIC!!! He made a point to explain things thoroughly and gave us an intro education. He also shared a lot of tips for maintenance in the years to come and information about replacing the unit when the time comes. He worked quickly and cleanly. The only reason I have a 4.5 for the customer service was the lack of a phone call the morning of service, explaining a delayed arrival. Communication is everything - even if it means being 2 hours late, just call in advance to let us know and we're totally fine. :)

They came the next day and installed a new thermostat. The tech was professional and friendly. He came me a choice of 3 units and finished the job quickly.
