There was a small delay in getting his visit scheduled, but his visit went well.  He showed up on time.  He got on the roof and looked it over, repairing some loose shingles and resealing boots.  Based on what we told him and what he saw, he recommended we get a new roof and told us the $199.00 would be applied to the cost of the new roof.  He said he would get back to us with an estimate because they use a service that gets the shingle count via satellite; they absorb that charge.  We now have the estimate which is less than we were previously advised.  Also, they have a 7 year warranty on labor.  We will set a date when the shingles arrive.

Brian Elder's Roofing Solutions was very good, it took them a while to get to us because there were so many who needed roofing work done andThey did't get to us when they said they were going to.  The guys who did the actual work were very good, they came, did the job and cleaned up after themselves. We had to call them back because they didn't put a cap where one side of the roof meets the other side and so they came back and put that.  The quality was very good, we haven't had any problems at all.

I  contacted  Brian  Elders  Roofing  Solutions  after  checking  his  rating  on  Angie's List.   My  roof  was  damaged  by  high winds  and  I  was  checking  about  repair  work.   His  representative  examined  my  roof  and  determined  that  I  would  be eligible  for  a  new  roof  through  my  homeowners  policy  coverage.   He  helped  me  open  a  claim  with  State  Farm  Insurance. When  I  was  contacted  by   the   claim  adjuster,   Brian's   representative  met  the  claims  adjuster  at  my  home.   The  claims adjuster  approved  my  claim  for   a  new  roof.   Brian  Elder's    team  did  a  wonderful  job  of  installing  a  new   roof,  installing new  gutters  (free  offer  from  his  company)   and  repainted  my  damaged  kitchen  ceiling.  Everything  was  very  professional, all  of  his  crews  were  friendly  and  did  an  excellent  job.   Each  crew  cleaned  up  and  removed  all  of  the  old  materials and  left  my  house  and  yard  spotless.   I  would  HIGHLY  recommend   Brian  Elders  Roofing  Solutions  to  everyone.

Brian did excellent work and showed up and completed the job when he said he would. He provided me with photographs of the process before during and after.

They were friendly and knew what they were talking about. I would recommend them. I spoke to the owner, Brian Elder, several times. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.

He was very personable and explained things very well.  He did a good job.  The roofing was done very well.  His price was very good in comparison with the other estimates that I got.  The quality is very good as far as I can tell.
