The initial contact and meeting went well. I was even suggested to get on Angies list to obtain a coupon for several hundred off the price, which I did the next day. We contacted the. Company to tell them we had the coupon, but was then told the coupon was expired. Long story short and a few phone calls in-between, I finally contacted the main office, instead of the sales person, and spoke to Wendy who was patient and understanding. She made everything right and the work was completed in a timely manner.

So far I have not seen any more leaks. Once he got started he did a really good job. It took a few days to complete. He gave me a discount because at first there was a minor communication problem but in the end everything worked out great!

Brian Elder Roofing Solutions gave us excellent service.  Roofers began early in the morning and with minimal intrusion, roof was finished by sundown.  Roofers cleaned all their work areas including flower beds.   We were very pleased with the look and completion of the roof and will recommend Brian Elder's Roofing to our friends.

We were happy about the communication and punctuality.  He came first to determine the service required then came later with supplies to complete the job. They did other roof repairs and maintenance but the main reason we wanted them to do the roof job was to figure out and repair a leaking area. Their solution was to completely replace the whole area(sky light, flashing, roofing, etc.). Never diagnosed the leak, so we still have the leak. They definitely want to sell you other services, which they quoted to us. We would recommend them based on the total experience.

The Provider called us about a week or more after we contacted him which was longer than the 48 hours return advertised (to best of my recollection of the ad).  However, once we connected, he promptly and, in a timely fashion, came to our home.  He indicated that our house's roof was presently OK and would last at least another five (5) years.  However, the roof on our garage and guest cottage--separate from our main house, were needing re-roofing now/soon.   Since we were leaving the country shortly afterwards, we deferred any further action till our return.  Overall, the Provider presented very well, spoke clearly and professionally--he definitely made us confident as possible for a first time encounter; he did not rush through his report concerning our roofing, was pleasant, answered questions clearly.  We considered the price "fair to good" but not "excellent" for just short of 1/2 hours' actual work, i.e. $400/hour for roof inspection.   We do, however, appreciate his objectivity and honesty which sometimes may be lacking in tradespeople seeking to make a sale.  We also appreciate the minor repairs he made.  We definitely will ask him to bid on any re-roofing we undertake in the future.

Great job-very professional.  Good price-they cleaned up well and made sure to protect our plants and flower beds. The salesman came out and surveyed our roof giving us the estimate and walking us through the steps.  They even helped us file our insurance.  We were more than pleased!

The roofing specialist was friendly, respectful and professional. He was on time and he performed all work needed within two hours. I am pleased with Brian Elder's Roofing Solutions work and I'm glad that I chose them from Angie's List.
