Made an appointment with Brian Elder's Roofing to come out and look at my roof Dwight arrive on time, he told me they could get it done in one day and we set a date for July 7, 2013 it rain on that date, they give me the next available date they had open. He said the workers would be here at 6:00am that morning they arrive at 5:45am. When I got back home from work they was finish, and all the debris from the roof was removed and no nails was left on my property. They did what they said they was going to do. GOOD JOB!!

We couldn't be happier. We are working through a punchlist the buyers gave us for a property we are selling. They were able to get right to it, coming out within a couple of days of our calling. The repairs were done quickly and professionally. They found a bit of unexpected rotted wood in the underlay of our workshed roof/ They made repairs using some plywood we happened to have on hand before replacing the shingles called for in the punchlist, Plus, they did a few little extra things that weren't part of the original bid but which were just nice touches. They"re now our roofing go-to for our primary residence. Highly recommended!

Additionally, of the items of your dissatisfaction, we ended up taking care of them even though we were not paid to by your contractor. I'm sorry you were not satisfied by your experience.

Horrible job on the ceiling, job not done according to contract, they were not professional, and metal roof has issues.

[Members Name], You refused to pay us. We hired experts in metal roofs, the actual metal company rep and a ceiling consultant to prove the job was done correctly. We brought all of our experts into the court room. You brought nothing in the way of proof. The judge found in our favor. I think it is a bit disingenuous to post one sided reviews without telling the entire story. A story, by the way, a Shelby County General Sessions Judge disagreed with. I'm sorry we could not make you happy.
